The rates for this moderate Disney World Hotel begin at $149 per night plus tax. This is for a standard room. If more than 2 adults stay in the accommodation additional costs will be added on. This rate applies for most nights during the Value season. There may be a minimum number of nights stay requirement.

This resort is located in the Epcot area. It is also close to Disney’s Hollywood Studios Theme Park and Disney’s BoardWalk area.

This tropical paradise has been created to give you the spirit of the Caribbean with island palms, exotic birds and architecture reminiscent of early colonial days. The resort is situated on 45 acres of Barefoot Bay.

There are 6 villages to choose from, as the resort is very large, consisting of 2,112 guest rooms and spanning over 200 acres. They include Martinique, Trinidad South and North, Barbados, Aruba and Jamaica. If you don’t want to waste time getting to and from your village room to the bus stop to get to a theme park I would suggest booking at Martinique as its bus stop is the first en route to the theme parks.

Each village encircles its own swimming pool and consists of a 2-storey building. No matter which village you stay at, you’ll step outside and have access to the white sandy beaches of Barefoot Bay. Everyone who stays here has to check-in and out at reception known as Custom House. Even this reception building has been designed to fit in with the Caribbean architecture and atmosphere. If you have no mode of transport of your own during your stay, there is a shuttle service that runs from Custom House to your village of stay, as it may be a fair distance to you room.

This resort has a central complex, Old Port Royale, which houses the food court and offers a full-service restaurant. Here you will also find a lounge for those lazy afternoons, 2 shops and a large pool area equipped with towers, antique cannons and a waterslide resembling a Spanish fortress.

The dining available to guests includes the above-mentioned restaurant and food court, and the lounge where you can eat breakfast, lunch and supper, as well as a to-go market when time is limited. The resort is a non-smoking resort, however there are designated areas for smoking.

Guest rooms offer you a choice of double bed or king size bed, with different potions from standard view, water view or preferred location. Another option to choose from if you wish to be taken up by pirates is the pirate-themed rooms, great for kids. These rooms are kitted out with pirate ship beds and décor that really makes you feel as though you are inside a pirate ship.

The resort offers many outdoor activities. Aside from the 6 village swimming pools and the beach area, there are outdoor hammocks you can float in, numerous different boating options for use on Barefoot Bay, bicycles, Parrot Cay Island playground for the kids and a 1,4 mile promenade that guests may use for exercise and recreation purposes. I think it’s great that there are resorts like this one available because a good dose of physical activity is fantastic for everyone, even when you’re on holiday.

The package, and I would like to share with you is an awesome package. Since this includes your flights, and accommodation at the hotel for a low price of $447 per person. The hotel I am talking about is the Sheraton Vistana Resort situated in Orlando Florida, Lake Buena Vista.

The hotel has 1682 rooms on 5 floors and the rooms that are available in the hotel arm, one and two bedroom villas, all of them having a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, toaster, dishes and flatware, coffee maker, disposal and a refrigerator. They have cable TV, sleeper sofa and hairdryer, washer dryer with ironing board and iron. Only difference being the one and two bedroom villas is obviously the one extra room and extra bathroom.

there are things that can keep you entertained at the hotel name either seven outdoor swimming pools, five kids, balls, 13, tennis courts, three, fitness centers, spa services, basketball courts, volleyball and a miniature golf course. Free wireless Internet access. They also have a video arcade, six restaurants and two bars.

The only at the expense that you need to worry about or have money for is the tickets to access the Disney world theme parks. Do not think that this includes access to the Disney World theme parks, as for transport from the hotel to the Disney World theme parks early is already covered by the hotel this will save you money.

This is an amazing hotel it has everything that you could possibly want in a hotel plus offering you a very short trip to Disney World.

The party is divided into two; space, Future World and the World Showcase.

Future World

When you enter the theme park, you will see a huge giant golf ball like display. This is known as “Spaceship Earth” and is the parks icon. I’m sure you’ve seen it before, either on a movie or a picture of it in some magazine. Future world is full of awesome attractions are its main focus is in technological advancements, innovation and wonder, and how it all becomes reality in this theme Park. It also has inspiring entertainment and shows dedicated to everything based around the theme Park.

World Showcase

The World Showcase of 11 countries that are on display, in different pavilions. The world Showcase You will find attractions, restaurants that represent each culture that countries are represented at the world Showcase are: Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, United States, Japan, Morocco, France, United Kingdom and Canada.

Upon walking around and discovering the different countries, you will be entertained by Disney characters, and live performers. You may even get to be in a show if you’re lucky enough. There is a thing called Kidcot stations, where kids can create a one-of-a-kind souvenir for them to take home. These Kidcot stations are at every country that is on display at the world Showcase. encourages people to be creative, imaginative and celebrate all the country’s diversity. You will be amazed how fun this can actually be.

There are so many attractions for one to experience at Epcot, I recommend that you use Disney’s FASTPASS system on popular attractions to reduce waiting times, so that you can enjoy the Park and make full use of the Park. When it comes to dining at the Park, they are loads of quick service restaurants for fast snacks, as well as casual and upscale dining experiences and do not forget that you can eat all the cuisines from all 11 countries as all.

Personalized tours are available for you, which will take you behind the scenes of Epcot. Plus you’ll make use of the Segway in and around the park, isn’t that cool?

The Park opened at 9 AM and closes at 9PM, is what you will need to know is that calendar on the theme Park. As this can show you an extra magic hours and entertainment show schedules, and special events. So please be aware of that option. I hope this will encourage you to come and visit this theme Park. First, you have to decide on what time of the year you would come to visit Disney World. A winter trip would be better since summer brings a lot of humility and heat but if you like the heat. Then I suggest coming in the summer, but one thing is for sure it is to decide when you are coming to Disney world

How many days can you afford to stay at Disney World? This needs to be answered before you can actually decide on what you going to do a Disney world. I would personally opt for a seven day vacation. As this will give you enough time to do and see just about everything. But then again, it all boils down to your budget.

Then you will have to look at the accommodation, how far you are planning on staying from Disney world and if you will need to rent a vehicle. Now, obviously, the closer you stay to Disney World the more expensive it becomes, but if you do not mind travelling then staying a little bit further away might be an option. Some hotels that are further away from Disney world offer free transport to and from Disney World Theme Parks and sometimes even offer pickup from the airport.

Then you will have to look at how many theme parks you’re planning to visit during your stay. I’m sure you’re saying all of them and I hope you actually do get to all of them, but a word of advice; you need to plan it properly. I suggest heading off to the Disney world site where you can download the theme park map and actually plan your activities for the day way in advance. I highly recommend this.

Once you have decided which theme parks and activities you’re planning to do find out how many days you actually need and if this fits into your seven day vacation trip. You will then need to choose tickets to access the theme parks accordingly. Please remember that you will need a Magic your Way ticket or base ticket to access any of the four theme parks. This will allow you to visit one theme park per day if this fits the profile of your holiday. I would actually suggest you buy the water parks, fun and more option ticket as it will allow you to access the water parks and theme parks. So your ticket covers all the parks which should take you 7 days, however there are some terms and conditions. When purchasing tickets please be aware of them before you purchase. I highly recommend you purchase your tickets online before you get to Disney World. This will only speed up the process when you get to a Disney theme park as you will not have to worry about standing in queues.

Next it would be to have a countdown calendar that you keep at home to get you all excited about your trip to Disney world. And boy will it be such a trip to remember, but you will also need to take a video camera and your digital camera to snap up and capture all your moments, since it is not every day you go to Disney World. This will make sure you have videos and photo’s to show your friends.

What the Disney Hopper Ticket enables you to do is go to more than one theme park on the same day. This obviously comes at a price, $45 for this option but it is needed if you feel like jumping from theme park to theme park.

Magic Theme Park ticket enables you to enter the theme of your choice for that given day; you may not exit and go to another theme park without purchasing the hopper option.

As you want to enter a theme park my advice would be to do some research on the theme park before entering and figuring out which rides you would like to ride. You will become overwhelmed by the amount of choices available to you. Do not wait to purchase tickets on the day I highly recommend that you purchase tickets way before you get to Disneyworld.

Only buy tickets from reputable online stores and ticket resellers. Do not buy tickets from eBay, as tickets are non-transferrable. They actually work with your fingerprint and once loaded to the ticket cannot be changed. Stay clear from people who sell tickets on the side of the road or outside of hotels, trust me there are always people trying to make a quick buck.

When you do make a choice on what ticket to buy make sure you choose the correct number of days ticket. If you are staying for 5 days do not purchase a 3 day ticket hoping to save money. You will have to buy a 2 day ticket plus the hopper option again; it might just cost you half the price of a 3 day ticket with hopper option. Disney calls this Play more, pay less per day.

I would recommend taking the hopper option if this is your second trip to Disneyworld or if you stay so long at a park and the park closes early. You still have the option to go to another park in the evening and enjoy yourself.

But your biggest concern would be paying for tickets online and never getting the tickets or worse yet getting false tickets and only realise it when you get to the gate. Now what I will try to make you aware of certain things, in doing so will ensure you purchase from a reputable retailer.

Usually you can purchase ticket when you book your flights and accommodation; this as you know would be the best way to purchase your Disneyworld tickets. If for some reason you would like to shop around for better prices or deals then you need to know the following.

People or businesses selling Disneyworld tickets need to be an authorized reseller. Go and check all over their website and see if they have a link or a page stating they are an authorized reseller. Make sure website offering tickets have a .com at the end, not a .ro as there are many fraudsters operating from Romania. Please do not buy tickets from eBay or a similar site as there is no way they can offer you Disney world tickets at those prices. When purchasing tickets online pay by credit card not debit card, if there is a problem with the transaction you can phone your credit card company and raise a dispute with the person who sold you the tickets. The credit card company investigates the matter and if you are correct they will reimburse you.

Please take note that tickets are non transferrable meaning only the purchaser of the ticket has the right to use the ticket. The ticket also uses biometrics to identify you with the ticket. So do not go and buy someone’s 7 day ticket if they have only used 3 days, there is no way to check how many days are left on the ticket you have to be at a entrance to Disneyworld to check that. So please stay clear of people trying to sell you this kind of tickets. Trust me there are a lot of fraudsters out there, be aware also if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.

You will need to know what time of the year you would like to go to Disney World. This alone will save or make you spend a lot more money.

First of all planning your Disney Trip requires work so get a pen and a piece of paper. Then figure how much money you can put towards the budget.

Travel

How are you planning to get there? Will you be able to afford plane tickets or will drive there? Well the simple way to figure it out is to calculate how much it would be to fly and then, remember to also calculate the car rental or taxi fare to and from the airport. Calculate the exact mileage and figure out how much gas money you will have to pay. How long will it take for you to get there if you drive? Would it require a motel or hotel add that to your cost of driving this do not forget to include food costs. Usually highway hotels run about 150 a night for a family for four. Figure food expenses in as well.

Food

What are you going to eat when you are at Disney World? The best and easiest way would be to eat at Disney World. But let me tell you something it really is expensive so I suggest to try and avoid eating at the Theme Parks. If you can avoid it then I suggest you should. But one small problem will come when you are enjoying the day at theme parks and you will need to eat lunch. If you do not have a hopper ticket you cannot leave the theme park and come back in again. This will mean you either lose half the day or you spend a bit more money when purchasing your Disney World tickets and get the hopper option. It will always be cheaper to eat outside Disney World. Go to a supermarket and get stuff to make sandwiches for breakfast. As for dinner check out the local restaurants for specials. You can also choose to prepare food yourself if your hotel has facilities such as a kitchen or microwave.

Hotels and Lodging

Are you going to stay on the Disney World Resort or off the resort? Staying at the Disney World resort has its perks; this comes at a price tag. Another option would be to stay a bit further from Disney World. Drive to Disney World everyday; just remember to add the extra gas cost to the travelling costs. There are onsite Disney resorts for a reasonable price. These resorts are called “Value Resorts” People who stay on Disney World Resorts can also participate in “Extra Magic Hours.” These are times when certain theme park attractions are available to those who stay on Disney Resorts.

Tickets and Admission

You must buy tickets in advance this way will not only save money but also time when you get to the Theme Parks. There are various options when buying tickets. The more days you buy the cheaper the ticket per day becomes. Also remember that children age 10 and up will pay adult price for the ticket. The base ticket is called “Magic Your Way” ticket this enables you to visit one theme park per day. If you add the “Park Hopper” option it will allow you to jump from park to park no problem.

All this planning will make for a fun and cheap Disney World vacation trip!
